You agree to provide necessary content (text, images, logos) and timely feedback so we can complete your project within the estimated timeframe; delays in providing materials may extend delivery dates. Ownership of the final website transfers to you upon full payment, though we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Local Roots Web Design is not liable for any indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption resulting from use of the delivered website. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
